King Hussein's Jerusalem Palace

JerusalemIsrael

King Hussein's Palace is a skeleton of a building that was supposed to serve as the summer residence of Hussein, King of Jordan. Its construction began in the mid-60s of the 20th century when the Judea and Samaria region was under Jordanian rule.

The construction of the palace was stopped following the Six Day War. The skeleton of the building was not destroyed and it is located on Tel El Pol hill, near today's Beit Hanina neighborhood.
